Sam Méndez

Sam Méndez joined the board in 2019 and is an attorney currently working in state government with a passion for public service and advocacy. He is particularly interested in youth mentorship and providing a voice to survivors of child sexual abuse, having been a survivor himself. Sam grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area but has lived in the Northwest since 2009, and graduated the University of Washington School of Law in 2014. In his spare time, Sam loves board games, baking bread, and craft cocktails.
