Regina is a Vice President at U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management, where she provides concierge client advisory services to high net worth individuals, families, and philanthropic organizations. She brings to her role a diverse background in law, business and fund development, estate and charitable gift planning, marketing and public relations, and grantmaking and philanthropy. Before becoming a Wealth Advisor, Regina was a Senior Philanthropic Advisor at Bloodworks Northwest, a healthcare organization and internationally renowned medical research institute.

Regina graduated from Whittier Law School, summa cum laude, and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate & Trust, Taxation, & Business Sections. She holds a Certificate of Social Innovation from the University of Washington Evans School of Public Policy & Governance, the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from the American Bankers Association, and the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School of The American College of Financial Services.

Regina has served as a volunteer, trustee, committee member, and/or advisor to numerous community organizations close to her heart, including: the Intiman Theatre, Washington Women’s Foundation, Leave 10 South Sound, Bainbridge Schools Foundation, Montessori Country School, Bloedel Reserve, Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, and Friends of the Farms.

A New England native, Regina has lived in the Northwest for twenty years. She was drawn to its rich landscapes, vibrant arts and cultural environment, and strong sense of community. When not working, she can be found spending time with her sons, reading, taking photographs, gardening and volunteering.
