Kristina’s career in public affairs began with local political campaigns, where she first worked as a fundraising intern. After that, she worked on several statewide campaigns, including serving as campaign manager in Hilary Franz’s successful bid for Public Lands Commissioner. Kristina has also served in several roles in state government, including as a legislative analyst for Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson and later as Executive Director for former Lieutenant Governor Habib.
Since then, she has transitioned to non-profit work. She currently serves as Director of Public Affairs for Kindering, a non-profit organization with the mission of providing therapies, early special education, and other services for children with developmental delays and disabilities.
Prior to her work in politics, Kristina was a taekwondo instructor for 8 years with Hwang’s Taekwondo. In her free time, she enjoys the usual Pacific Northwest activities: hiking and hanging out with her giant lapdog.
