Call to Action – Youth Opportunities Act

The Youth Opportunities Act (HB 1651) will be heard by the Senate Human Services and Corrections Committee. This bill will help break down the barriers to success by making juvenile offense records confidential. Here is more Youth Opportunities Act information (opens a new webpage).

There is no date for the hearing yet. But we want to encourage people to contact the chair and vice chair, tell them to set the date and then send it out for a vote in the Senate.
